RC (Resource Cycling) Business
In our resource cycling business, we provide a wide variety of waste treatments at the SINCERE Shinagawa R・C Center, an urban waste disposal and treatment facility located in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo, and the SINCERE Yokohama R・C Center located in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Both facilities are equipped to process waste materials and recycle at the same time with minimal environmental impact.
Features

- The two facilities we own in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo and Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, have excellent accessibility
- Over 500t/24h processing capacity at the two facilities in total
- High recycling rates achieved through thermal and material recycling
- Waste accepted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
One-stop disposal at the SINCERE Shinagawa R・C Center
The SINCERE Shinagawa R・C Center covers all the steps from acceptance to completion of final disposal of waste. Disposal of the entrusted waste will be complete here with no need to transport to a landfill and an E copy of the Manifest slip will be issued to the waste generator, who will be able to receive it more quickly and manage the disposal with ease.

Thermal & material recycling
The SINCERE Shinagawa R・C Center conducts thermal recycling, in which power is generated from waste incineration and used to power part of the facility. It also conducts material recycling, in which the melted slag made from incinerated ash is used as civil work material. These two types of recycling help maintain a high level of recycling.
Generating power from waste (electricity sales)
The SINCERE Yokohama R・C Center conducts thermal recycling by utilizing thermal energy generated during waste incineration and sells the electricity. It generates 6,000kW per hour of electricity, which not only covers all the power needed to operate the facility, but also allows the sale of surplus power to electric power companies.
Expert in infectious industrial waste disposal
Since its foundation, SINCERE, as the company owning the largest-class incineration/melting facilities around Tokyo, has contracted with a great number of healthcare facilities to undertake disposal of infectious industrial waste. Infectious waste is appropriately treated according to the Infectious Waste Management Manual published by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. Waste is sealed in special containers and temporarily stored in a temperature-controlled special storage environment before being loaded into an incinerator for incineration/melting through an exclusive route separated from those used for other wastes (melting is available only at SINCERE Shinagawa R・C Center).
